Michael’s Bio
Mike DiVecchio has been a certified Instructor and Proctor for ServSafe since 1997, and he conducts ServSafe seminars for a wide variety of clients, including corporate training onsite, regular classes for the public once a week in different Pennsylvania locations, private classes for schools or other educational or nonprofit institutions, or even individually. These testing options can also be offered online.
Other services that Mr. DiVecchio offers are as follows: cost control training, human resource management, evaluating employee handbooks, mystery shopping, pre-inspections either for a new establishment or in preparation for a health inspection, and HACCP.
